Women and children are disproportionately impacted by immigration
policies. This discussion will focus on what’s needed in fair
immigration reform.

Learn how access to reproductive health care is limited by multiple
forms of oppression and how the lens of reproductive justice can alter
the way we advocate for change.

Commonality of Oppression
This workshop focuses on the systems of oppression as seen in human
rights, environment rights, and animal rights; how they are all linked to
each other and the feminist movement; and guidelines on
coalition-building between movements.

Activism

This workshop will discuss what drives a Transgender person to go to
extreme lengths to ‘pass’ , body image issues a Transgender person faces
and how this community gains empowerment from their bodies.

Neutrality
Equal access to the internet will be discussed. Learn what you can
do to save the internet and ensure Media Justice.

Assault Violence Education and Defense (SAVED)
Unique combination of mental, verbal, and physical defense techniques.

This workshop will consist of a panel of San Diego-based women working in
the sexuality industry speaking on controversial topics in the feminist
movement.

who Changed America
Panelists will tell stories about feminists (including NOW members) who
were leaders in the 2nd wave Women’s movement.
